We are looking for a dynamic Director of FinServ Field Marketing to lead, motivate, and innovate. This pivotal role will drive the acquisition, growth, and retention of our Financial Services Americas business by shaping marketing strategies and programs that showcase the potential of ServiceNow. We need an action-oriented leader who thrives as a working manager and can build ServiceNow's brand through effective field strategies, lead generation, pipeline development, and sales enablement.
This role will be a key partner in ServiceNow's growth, collaborating closely with sales organizations to deploy budgets effectively and leverage data to exceed pipeline, revenue, and new logo targets. Additionally, this role will work across marketing and other key functions to drive the integrated marketing plan for Financial Services Americas.
The role reports into the Sr Directors of AMS Field Marketing. The Director will lead a team of 4 (managers and specialists).
Key Responsibilities:
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,800 - $284,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
