What you get to do in this role:

  • Own full-year and quarterly performance across the Marquee customer base, ensuring disciplined execution against revenue, pipeline, and growth targets.
  • Influence and align a matrixed team of Marquee Client Directors, Account Executives and Regional Leaders to drive customer success and coordinated execution across APAC.
  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor for top-tier Marquee customers, ensuring consistent global governance, escalation handling, and executive alignment.
  • Champion ServiceNow's platform and AI-native strategy across the Marquee portfolio — ensuring our largest accounts are lighthouse references for new innovation.
  • Partner closely with Global Marquee leadership to align strategies, drive consistency, and ensure global account coverage and governance.
  • Strengthen executive relationships across C-suite stakeholders within the Marquee portfolio, positioning ServiceNow as a top strategic platform for transformation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Industry, Solution sales, extended GTM teams and Product leadership to shape customer value narratives and integrated go-to-market motions.
  • Drive operational rigor across all Marquee opportunities in the geo— forecast accuracy, deal velocity, and pipeline hygiene — in partnership with Sales Operations and Finance.
  • Champion talent development, performance culture, and diversity within the Marquee sales organization.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 15+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving annual and quarterly targets.
  • Deep experience in leading strategic, highly-complex, multi-year, global customer engagements.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to articulate business value to C-suite audience. Proven ability to lead through influence within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strategic, analytical, and financially fluent — able to link customer value creation with business outcomes.
