ServiceMaster Restoration Services in Branford a full service disaster mitigation and reconstruction company is seeking an enthusiastic marketing rep in New Haven county. The Marketing and Sales Rep will report directly to the owners. This is can be either a full or part time position for the right person and proficiency with digital marketing coupled with enthusiasm and energy is more important than experience. Hours are flexible. Salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Promote our services to existing and prospective customers primarily through digital marketing
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships through digital and traditional marketing
• Seek out new relationships through networking and social media
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints in order to maximize satisfaction
• Establish sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry

Qualifications:

• A great attitude and the ability to empathize with distressed customers
• Absolute reliability and willingness to make a difference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Social media and digital marketing expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to quickly learn about ServiceMaster, our history and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work well with others and shift gears at a moment's notice

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
