Our digital platform provides fast and transparent assistance by connecting qualified professionals with affected customers. Currently, we are working with RohrHero in the field of pipe and sewer cleaning and are getting closer to our vision every day.

Tasks

  • Processing orders from our B2B customers such as property management companies, hotels, insurance companies, care facilities, and restaurants.
  • Coordination between customers, their end customers (e.g., tenants), and our service providers to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Creation and management of invoices and preparation of documents for our external accounting.
  • Maintenance of customer data in our CRM system (HubSpot) and in internal tools.
  • Processing of customer inquiries and support in resolving open items.
  • Collaboration in the development of new processes and structures in the B2B area.
  • General administrative tasks to support the B2B team.

Qualification

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience in the commercial sector or as a clerk, ideally in the B2B environment.
  • Secure handling of office programs (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Reliable and structured working method with high precision and accuracy.
  • Affinity for numbers and experience in handling invoices and orders.
  • Good communication skills and service orientation.
  • Self-initiative and willingness to participate in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent German in speech and writing.
