This role supports the development of product strategy with lifecycle marketing leadership and drives digital product roadmaps in a matrixed environment. Additionally, this role ensures Dignity Memorial's customer-facing digital products are built with clear market vision while simultaneously driving go-to-market success through expert customer understanding and owned channel optimization. By integrating data-driven insights, customer journey expertise, and firsthand field perspectives, this role drives revenue and delivers Service Excellence to families planning ahead and for those experiencing one of the worst times of life.

This role is all about connecting the dots between our customer journeys, sales field experience, and digital marketing. You'll play a key part in turning website visitors into qualified leads, helping us stay connected whether the leads buy or not, and supporting families throughout one of life's most important moments.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the customer journey: Create and improve programs that attract new families, generate action, deepen relationships, and build loyalty across generations.
  • Bring sales, marketing, and operations together: Work closely with sales leaders and field teams to ensure digital marketing programs complement the high-touch, personal experiences we provide in person.
  • Shape our digital products: Partner with product and software development teams to produce website, family portal, and digital tools that make it easier for families to connect with us.
  • Lead owned channels: Oversee our web content, email, and text messaging programs, ensuring that we are highly visible online and helping families find the information they need.
  • Support the field: Partner with sales and operations to achieve high adoption of our tools and campaigns that drive results in the field.

  • Someone with 7+ years of experience in sales, digital product management, or marketing.
