Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
As a Residential Service Electrician you will be servicing electrical systems in our client's home. Our Service Electricians consult with clients and inform them of services that are available that will benefit their home.
Responsible for responding to all service calls and leads
Create and send all material lists to installation department
Communicate with management team
Generate leads for upgrades on new electrical systems
Provide recommendations to the client on repairs, replacement, and upgrades on electrical systems
Perform repairs
Troubleshoot and diagnose
Increase Client loyalty by maintaining clean work area
Provide Clients with exceptional customer service
Maintain work truck and keep van always organized and neat
Follow National Electric Code
Maintain a well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work boots
Qualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
Minimum of 3 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
California Residential Electrical Certification (residential or general) or a C-10 license required
Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
Detail oriented with good time management skills
Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
Experience in residential, solar, new construction or industrial is preferred
