Build and maintain a high-quality codebase using React, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, while adhering to best practices in software design and development.
Champion the use of AI-powered development tools like Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to boost productivity, accelerate delivery cycles, and maintain high code quality.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends in Salesforce, AI, and front-end development, and introduce innovative tools and methodologies to the team.
Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best-in-class standards for security, performance, and maintainability.
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
Proven ability to build advanced, custom UIs using React, LWC, and Apex.
Real-world experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (like Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to streamline development workflows.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ including data models, product configuration, and pricing engine logic.
Strong command of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and various integration patterns.
Experience with Enterprise Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce DX and modern CI/CD practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n.
A background in product development, from concept to launch.
Experience designing and maintaining design systems for complex applications.
A curious mind and a passion for exploring new technologies, especially in the AI and automation space.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $113,100 USD - $151,300 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a holistic suite of benefits.
