Senior Salesforce PM/BA

The Senior Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst will have extensive Salesforce expertise in the areas of analyzing current business workflows and requirements, journey mapping and transformation into technical requirements for development by Salesforce External/Internal development resources. The ability to lead several projects and initiatives with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a must and the use of Agile processes and documentation in Jira. Reports to the VP of Technology.

What You Will Do:

• Extensive Salesforce CRM expertise with deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, functionalities, and best practices including experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

• Leads and manages Salesforce and related projects scope and objectives using Agile development processes

• Collaborates with Partners and Internal to predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

• Tracks project costs in order to meet budget

• Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and work plan

• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables

• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• Proven ability to analyze and document complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals

• Strong skills in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements, including ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories for development team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including ability to facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle

• Strong ability to build comprehensive training materials to support implemented Salesforce solutions ensuring end-users are well-equipped to utilize new features and processes effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Salesforce CRM: 5+ years

• Salesforce Service Cloud: 3+ years

• Business Process Analysis: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Sales Cloud: 3+ years

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: 3+ years
