Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 + Benefits Package
Reports to: VP of Technology
The Senior Salesforce Administrator supports and enhances our future state Salesforce platform alongside Salesforce Architects, Developers, and the Technology team. This role collaborates with stakeholders and technology peers to define, design, and integrate comprehensive solutions. You will ensure that Served with Honor is capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system, leading to the full management of system usage and ensuring the performance, security, and usability of our systems. This person will provide technical knowledge and experience with an in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform. As the Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will contribute to the design and delivery of complex Salesforce projects from discovery to deployment. You are a self-driven individual with a get-it-done attitude and a passion to solve complex business and technology problems. We are seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will perform all system maintenance & updates, manage user accounts & training, support the development & maintenance of dashboards & reports for all required stakeholders.
What you will do:
Works with Salesforce Architects / Developers to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
Defines and enforces best practices for Salesforce administration
Designs, builds, and implements automations, workflows, validation rules, and other configurations to meet business requirements, ensuring completeness with thorough QA and stakeholder feedback
Sets up and maintains integrations with third-party applications and downstream systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation between platforms
Ensures data integrity and hygiene, perform data audits, and manage data imports, updates, and backups— and work to build a reliable GTM data source of truth in Salesforce
Evaluates, implements, and manages new tools to within our GTM tech stack
Conducts regular Salesforce maintenance, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and process optimization for enhanced functionality and user experience
Provides timely and effective troubleshooting for Salesforce and GTM tool issues, and take user feedback to inform future optimization initiatives
Establishes and maintains governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
Collaborates with the IT team to design and implement solutions that align with broader technical architecture
Conducts regular performance reviews of the Salesforce instance and implement optimizations as needed
Monitors system resources and recommend improvements for scalability
Evaluates and integrates third-party applications to enhance Salesforce capabilities
Leads change management initiatives related to Salesforce updates, enhancements, and new features
Provides mentorship to junior Salesforce administrators
Conducts training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the overall skill set of the team

What you will bring:
Expert knowledge in Salesforce administration concepts such as app building, us-er provisioning, and data management
Experience evaluating, integrating, and managing GTM tools like Calendly, ZoomVoice, NetSuite and more
Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows) and SOQL, and experience with Apex preferred
Experience handling multiple support cases with various requests, such as mass data updates, user provisioning, applying security rules, creating objects, creating fields, creating formula fields, and creating validation rules
Knowledge in creating Salesforce reports and dashboards
Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (certification strongly preferred), with a deep understanding of SFDC architecture and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred knowledge in Salesforce Community Experiences
