Job Title

Location: Parc national d'Oka

Salary: Class 6 ($49,854 - $79,602 annually) according to experience

+ Daily transportation support allowance of $4/day

Regular management staff position

Full-time (35h/week)

Your Role

Ensure customer service management and mobilize your team to make our clients have a memorable experience.

Your Contribution

Under the immediate authority of the customer service manager:

  • You coordinate all operations related to customer service: reception and information services, management of shops/convenience stores, equipment rental center as well as all activities related to commercial operations.
  • You develop simple procedures and methods facilitating the control of operations and the transfer of information between services ensuring the quality of customer service.
  • You participate in the recruitment and selection of staff for your service.
  • You contribute to the training, supervision, mobilization and evaluation of the staff under your supervision.
  • You plan the needs for materials and equipment necessary for the smooth operation of the operations.
  • You mobilize and supervise the work teams to ensure the proper functioning of the operations.

Your Strengths

  • Education in administration or tourism and three years of experience in a comparable job involving personnel management
  • Knowledge in supervision of commercial activities
  • Proficiency in MS Office software
  • Good command of French and English.
  • Initiative, rigor, autonomy, versatility and entregent
