Job Opportunity

Hourly rate: $21.07 to $28.91 per hour depending on experience

Daily sustainable mobility allowance of $4/day

Temporary position: December 20, 2025 to March 29, 206

Part-time (2 to 3 days per week: Saturday, Sunday, and holidays)

YOUR ROLE Ensure that our clients receive quality service and have a memorable experience.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Coordinate the work of the assigned staff, distribute tasks, and participate in work and customer service initiation and training.
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure the proper functioning of positions and reception desks.
  • Give your opinion, at the request of your superior, during the evaluation of team members.
  • Welcome, inform, guide, and advise customers on products, activities, and services offered.
  • Take reservations and issue access or stay authorizations.
  • Perform financial transactions using a cash register and a point-of-sale terminal.
  • Handle customer complaints, suggestions, and comments.
  • May be assigned other related duties.

YOUR STRENGTHS

  • High school diploma
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Compensation for education: Each year of missing education can be compensated by two (2) years of additional relevant experience
  • Leadership and action ease
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs
  • Knowledge and skills in computer technology
