In our Motorcycle customer call center, our Customer Service Representatives provide quality customer service to insureds and customers. In this role, you will resolve service problems in a contact center environment via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and timely resolution. Under close supervision, you will follow standard processes and procedures on assignments of basic to moderate complexity. You may refer inquiries beyond your level of knowledge or authority to more experienced representatives or published material.
This position will be located at our El Paso, TX or Stevens Point, WI office locations under a hybrid work model. Based on qualifications and experience, this role can be filled as a Customer Service Representative I, Customer Service Representative II, or Customer Service Representative Senior.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work within our Motorcycle customer call center to provide outstanding customer service by responding to inbound calls.
