Registered Nurse Manager Hospital Acute Care Unit

This role will manage the full responsibilities of an inpatient acute care Medical Telemetry hospital Unit at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. The Manager will supervise and manage a 24-hour operation. The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, evaluations, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

Requirements: 2 yrs or more of recent nursing leadership in an acute care hospital setting required. Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) required. RN License to practice in Virginia required.
