Patient Services Representative

Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring a Patient Services Representative to work full time days (0800-1630). The Patient Services Representative is accountable for the overall satisfaction of their patients, ensuring that every aspect of the care plan proceeds smoothly. Responsible for guiding patients through the course of their medical treatment and serve as a patient's primary contact with their healthcare provider, offering informational and emotional support to create a positive experience.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience:

  • 1 year customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Medical Terminology
  • Healthcare experience (preferred)
