Responsible for correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing departmental reports, statistics and file maintenance. Prepares and processes accounts payable, payroll, employee mileage reimbursement claims and operational information. Responsible for supply ordering and charge entry. Performs technical support and administrative support to department staff.
