Account Executive

SensitHaptics develops the world's leading haptic technology for immersive gaming and sim racing experiences. Our solutions set standards in realism, precision, and latency. We develop and produce in Germany and work with OEMs, system builders, hardware brands, distributors, and professional gaming ecosystems like sim racing centers worldwide.

We are looking for a methodical, self-reliant, and reliable Account Executive who understands B2B customer structures and builds scalable sales systems.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demos, offer, negotiation, closing.
  • Leading B2B sales cycles with deal sizes from €5K to €100K+
  • Supporting OEMs, system builders, integrators, resellers, and gaming hardware brands, operators of sim racing centers, and showrooms
  • Proactively identifying new market opportunities & developing scalable sales playbooks.
  • Participating in trade fairs & industry events (EU/USA).
  • Building and scaling our reseller, distributor, and partner network.
  • Close collaboration with product, hardware, and marketing to optimize pitch, pricing & value proposition.
  • Structured CRM management (HubSpot): pipeline, forecasting, deal tracking.
  • Creation of reports, sales forecasts & market analyses for management.

Qualification

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in hardware, gaming, simulation, IoT, or technical products.
  • Proven success in closing €5K–€100K deals (mid-ticket B2B sales).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (product, technology, management, purchasing).
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Methodical sales mindset.
  • Technical understanding & willingness to learn about our haptics technology.
  • Structured, independent, and very reliable working style.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Bonus: network in the gaming/sim racing/hardware/eSports environment.
