To strengthen our focus in Norway, we are now looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Account Executive.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will have a leading role in winning new customers and building Sensio's further growth in Norway. This is a hunter role where you will proactively work to identify key individuals, build relationships, and position Sensio early in the customers' decision processes.

Your job will be to create awareness of our solutions, highlight our unique strengths, and help more municipalities and institutions see the value of Sensio's technology. The role is crucial for us to take an even clearer position as a leading player in welfare technology in Norway.

The role reports to the Country Director Norway and is based at Sensio HQ in Møllergata 4, in the heart of Oslo.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and build relationships with key individuals in Norwegian municipalities.
  • Present Sensio's solutions and social mission in a way that creates impact.
  • Highlight our unique strengths and differentiate us in the market.
  • Position Sensio early in tender processes through insight and dialogue.
  • Support the tender team during tender competitions.
  • Share insights and feedback from the market to contribute to even better product development.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a results-oriented SaaS seller who is used to working in complex sales cycles and is driven by creating new opportunities. You are a team player, but also have the hunting instinct needed to succeed in a role with great responsibility and influence.

We Believe You Have

  • Experience in selling software, preferably SaaS, and a documented ability to deliver results.
  • Knowledge of public tender processes.
  • Ability to combine patience in long sales cycles with decisiveness when opportunities arise.
  • Experience and curiosity for AI tools in sales work.
  • Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
  • Relevant higher education is an advantage.
