JOB DESCRIPTION

The UNITY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE is responsible for solicitation of casino players from segments selected by Player Development leadership. The Host will call, email or use other means of communication to directly invite qualified players to Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Hotel & Casino. Players will be made aware events, shows, available rooms and other qualified opportunities to visit Tampa. The Unity Account Executive will be able to explain the benefits of using our Unity Rewards program and sharing the value of always using their card.

Responsibilities:

• Aggressively and persistently make phone calls to assigned players using all available tools
• Inform guest of casino promotions and drive incremental trips
• Markets to the guest using the available guest offers and assists with booking hotel rooms and reservations for their assigned players
• Maintains outstanding "data hygiene" and ensures that contact information on all assigned players is correct and up to date
• Demonstrates exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interaction
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of guest service experience or telemarketing experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience in the Casino or Hotel business preferred
• Must have exceptional guest service skills
• Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred
• Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred
• Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred
• Must be able to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play
• Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
