Marketing Event Representative
Marketing Event Representatives are Guest Service Ambassadors for our property and are directly involved in fulfilling all marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution.
This is an entry level position. Schedules for these positions vary up to 32 hours per week depending on the Marketing calendar. This positions pays $16/hour.
Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Being a Guest Service Ambassador for the property during all promotional events.
- Greeting and providing personalized service for VIP Guests.
- Having the ability to be discrete and keep confidential all interactions with VIP Guests.
- Participating in execution of marketing events such as concerts, gift giveaways, specialty events & shows, drawings, off-site activations and tournaments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Six (6) months of customer service experience, most preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
- The ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on assigned schedule.
- Must be able to work at least 3-5 events and/or 15 hours per month as a Marketing Event Rep
- The ability to maintain the tradition of superior Guest Service at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.
- Strong passion for great Guest Service.
- Must possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Must be energetic, caring, and compassionate.

- Ability to anticipate and meet Guests needs.
- Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Duties and responsibilities are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to general public and excessive noise.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, frequent sitting, sometimes stooping and bending.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
