✨ About The Role
- The role involves designing, building, and extending Seldon's Core v2 MLOps platform to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
- The engineer will engage in technical discussions about the architecture of the system and tradeoffs in solution selection.
- Responsibilities include managing internal development, demo, and test infrastructure to enhance team productivity.
- The engineer will respond to customer queries and integrate requested features into the existing codebase.
- Reducing technical debt by maintaining a high-quality codebase through periodic upgrades and automated tests is a key responsibility.
⚡ Requirements
- A degree or higher level academic background in a scientific or engineering subject or relevant equivalent experience is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of experience in the industry as a backend engineer.
- Strong working knowledge of Golang is required, along with experience in building applications using Kafka.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and the ecosystem of Cloud Native tools is important for success in this role.
- The candidate should have experience in architecting, implementing, and debugging complex systems from initial design to completion.
