SEI Wealth Platform Client Service Representative

The SEI Wealth Platform (SWP) is an outsourcing solution used by wealth managers. Our technology enables wealth managers to effectively capitalize on their strategic objectives by providing infrastructure, operations and administrative support.

What You Will Do:

1. To ensure a high standard of service is provided at all times in order to maximize the client experience.
2. To play a key role in the resolution of complex client queries.
3. To manage through to effective resolution all client technical support requests.
4. To specialize in SEI Wealth Platform functions so as to be able to provide timely updates & resolution to client queries.
5. Become the client facing subject matter expert for given operational processes, technical solutions and new service offerings.
6. To participate in PSI/Agile releases with respect to client targeted/impacting developments
7. Ensure day to day team responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
8. Participate in the team's metrics, reporting and capacity calculations in order to drive effective MI reporting.
9. Act as liaison between various SIEL departments (Operations, Technical/Application Support, Service Delivery Managers, amongst others) and the client on daily business critical issues.
10. Ensure timely responses to client raised queries and provide effective resolution of issues/facilitation of service within the established service standards.
11. Escalate issues with potential client impact/detriment to the Service Delivery team, Technical Client Service Manager and Senior Client Service management as warranted.
12. Participate, as applicable, in Relationship Management meetings with clients in person and over the telephone.
13. Travel to meet with clients when required.
14. Build and maintain a working knowledge of SWP functionality and other internal technical solutions.
15. Participate in SEI initiatives where appropriate.
16. Continuously strive to identify and input into process improvements.

What We Need From You:

• Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with experience within financial services. Private banking, mutual funds and investment advisory is preferred as is industry knowledge of private banking, asset management and investment processing.
• Good project management, organizational and PC skills.
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight delivery schedules.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
