Strong knowledge of various commercial vehicle systems and functions.
Proficiency with commercial vehicle CAN communication protocols and CAN analysis tools such as Vector CANalyzer.
Hands-on experience with automotive electrical and electronics development and diagnostic tools.
Familiarity with vehicle controller software toolchains such as Engineering Tool and Prosit.
Experience working with next-generation sensor technology.
Knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes and use of repair tools.
Skilled in commercial vehicle EE troubleshooting.
Expertise with ECU flashing processes.
Expertise in DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), including reading, interpreting data logs, and conducting root cause analysis.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Strong hands-on abilities are essential.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial vehicle system verification and/or EE system design.
MSEE degree preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites in Macungie, PA.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

This is a hands-on vehicle testing position, with approximately 90% of the work performed directly on vehicles.
