Safety & RAMS Engineer for the expansion of the Aerospace & Defence Team for the development of complex airborne projects.

The selected candidate will have mentoring and continuous training in a professional growth perspective with the possibility of developing their skills on highly innovative projects. Knowledge of Safety and RAMS analysis methodologies on complex apparatus is required.

Location: Montevarchi (AR), Full-time, On-site

Qualifications:

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronic, STEM Engineering
• Experience with the design of complex technological systems
• Knowledge of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) and Hazard Analysis methodologies
• Ability to analyze risks and manage quality
• Knowledge of configurations and documentation of complex apparatus
• Experience in drafting safety documentation and RAMS analysis
• Knowledge of aerospace/aeronautical sector reference standards is considered a plus
• Ability to solve complex problems effectively
• Propensity for teamwork and collaborative spirit
• Good knowledge of English and fluent in Italian
• Teamwork predisposition
• Analytical, problem-solving and ability to work within assigned deadlines
