We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in mechanical design and validation of electro-mechanical components, to be inserted into a dynamic and highly specialized team. The resource will be involved in significant projects in the Aerospace & Defense sector, with a specific focus on the design, certification, and development of mechanical units for avionics applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design of components and assemblies for the avionics sector
• Support to product development, testing, and validation activities
• Collaboration with the technical team to ensure compliance with quality and certification standards
• Use of CAD 2D/3D tools and thermal and structural analysis software
• Participation in a structured technical training and professional growth plan

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace or equivalent STEM field
• Solid knowledge of technical drawing and mechanical design principles
• Experience in the design of electro-mechanical components
• Proficiency in the use of CAD software, particularly CATIA V5
• Familiarity with thermal and structural analysis tools
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Plus:
• Knowledge of the DOORS tool for requirements management
• Experience with the Btoweb tool for test report management
• Ability to use laboratory measurement tools (e.g., caliper, dynamometer, etc.)
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
