Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in the Aerospace, Avionics, or Defense sector to join our team and support important innovative projects in the Aerospace and Defence sector.

The candidate will take charge of mechanical design/analysis activities of complex assemblies (shelter/rack/integrated units), definition of technical specifications of mechanical assemblies, design and development of thermomechanical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or related fields
• Proven experience in mechanical design/analysis of complex assemblies (shelter/rack/integrated units)
• Proven experience in the design and development of thermomechanical solutions in the Aerospace, Avionics, or Defense sector
• Experience in defining technical specifications of mechanical assemblies
• Knowledge of military environmental qualification standards (MIL standards)
• Good use of at least one of the simulation software Ansys Suite, FloTHERM, FloEFD
• CAD design knowledge (e.g., PTC CREO, CATIA V5)
• Good knowledge of English and fluent in Italian
• Teamwork skills
• Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
