We are looking for a Lead Project Engineer who will join our team and support important projects in the Naval sector.

The resource will assist the Program Manager in technical-managerial activities of the program life cycle, such as analysis of contractual requirements, definition, planning and verification of the progress of Integrated Logistic Support and In Service Support activities which mainly consist of:

• Contributing to setting up the program in the analysis and verification of contractual and estimation documents supporting the Program Manager;
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the technical requirements of the program, ensuring technical oversight throughout the life cycle of the contract;
• Managing and contributing to the realization of all ILS supplies such as user manuals, training courses, on-board services, spare parts, information systems, interfacing with the actors and organizational units involved in the process;
• Interfacing with Clients and Suppliers of the various components and systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering preferably in the naval field or equivalent;
• At least two years of experience in similar positions in the naval field;
• Good knowledge of the logistic support process (LSA);
• Good knowledge of complex systems, plants and machinery and related technical documentation;
• Good knowledge of concepts of reliability, maintainability, availability and concepts of system supportability;
• Good knowledge of life cycle cost concepts;
• Good knowledge of the Office package (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Project and Powerpoint);
• Good command of the Italian and English languages both spoken and written;
• Relational and negotiation skills;
• Flexibility and team working orientation.
