Junior System Engineer

We are looking for a Junior System Engineer to join our team and support important projects in the Aerospace & Defence sector in a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment.

The candidate will participate in complex projects, contributing to the development of the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis with relative decomposition and assignment to components to the stages of simulation, design, and system integration.

Location: Full-Time On-site Rome

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or Engineering disciplines with knowledge of System Engineering methodologies
• One year of experience in the role, preferably in the Aerospace and Defence sector
• Knowledge in the field of Telecommunications, Antennas, Signal Processing, Networking
• Experience with System Engineering methods and processes with projects developed on MBSE/MBD (Model Based System Engineering / Model Based Design) lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of Requirements Management tools (i.e. IBM Doors)
• Knowledge of the principles of electronics and signal and image processing techniques
• Knowledge of the use of measurement tools for testing, verification, and validation
• Considered as a plus the knowledge of simulation and modeling tools (e.g. Matlab, Simulink)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of English, written and spoken, for the management of technical documentation and fluent Italian language
• Predilection for teamwork
• Analytical, problem-solving, and ability to work within assigned deadlines
