In the aerospace sector, we work closely with leading OEMs, providing expertise in design, manufacturing, testing, and project management to help solve complex engineering challenges while championing sustainability and innovation.

Act as the on-site representative of the project team at the client's New Hampshire facility.

Conduct field surveys to evaluate current operating methods and processes.

Identify and document operational dysfunctions, providing first-level analysis of findings.

Collaborate with the engineering team to study potential optimization solutions.

Support and lead the implementation of approved improvement initiatives.

Maintain close interaction with client stakeholders across operations, production management, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.

Report regularly on progress, observations, and results to both the client and the project team.

Engineering/industrial technician background with minimum 10 years experience in industrial environment (aeronautics, automotive, railway, etc.), in production environment.

Experience in continuous improvement and/or industrial transformation projects (study + implementation).

Knowledge of production processes, maintenance, logistics, automation.

Lean manufacturing awareness.

Analytical and critical thinking.

Autonomous.

Good written and oral communication.

Technical and organizational analysis capability.

Proficiency in technical English and technical French.

Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

AutoCAD knowledge would be a plus.

Communicate effectively in both English and French with team members and client stakeholders.

Length of contract: 3 months.
