Industrial Cost Engineer

We are looking for an Industrial Cost Engineer to join our team and support important innovative projects in the Aerospace&Defence sector. The resource will be part of the engineering team with the aim of supporting the development and continuous improvement of production processes in the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and costs
• Update technical and economic data related to MRP, subassemblies, and assemblies
• Support the elaboration and periodic update of the industrial cost sheet
• Participate in project progress meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Monitor the status of activities compared to planning
• Support the development and use of cost analysis tools
• Coordinate and execute UAT tests on services released in production areas

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering or related fields
• Skills in ICT and programming (nice to have)
• Knowledge of production processes and Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in data analysis and reporting (Power BI)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) and fluent in Italian
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork predisposition and proactive approach
