We are looking for an Electronic Engineer with experience in the validation and testing of electronic systems, who will join our team and support important projects in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The resource will be responsible for the functional validation activities on electronic boards and modules, collaborating with the design, integration, and testing teams to ensure the technical compliance of the products to the project requirements.

The selected candidate will be involved in technical and documentary support activities related to the development and verification of electronic boards in the aerospace sector, in compliance with DO-254 standards. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams and involvement in all phases of the product lifecycle, from requirements definition to final validation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the technical requirements definition of electronic boards.
• Perform IV&V (Independent Verification and Validation) on electronic boards.
• Collaborate on the functional validation of electronic boards and modules.
• Draft and manage technical documentation according to DO-254 DAL D requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure the quality and compliance of technical deliverables.

Location: Pomezia (RM), Full-time, On-site

Qualifications:

• Excellent ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• In-depth knowledge of the following tools: Siemens Doors / ReqTracer for requirements management; Xpedition EDM Design for PCB design; LTSpice or similar tools for circuit simulation.
• Familiarity with DO-254 standards.
• Skills in the design and simulation of analog-digital electronic boards.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken), with particular attention to reading and understanding technical documentation.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Desirable previous experience in the aerospace sector or safety-critical environments.
