Job Description: As a Sales Associate at See's Candies, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include: greeting and assisting customers with a smile, offering a delightful shopping experience, providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance to customers based on their preferences, handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized store environment and a well-maintained merchandised store, contributing to achieving sales targets/goals, and ensuring a safe working environment. Qualifications: previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment is necessary. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed is required. The pay rate for this position is $19.20 per hour.
