High level administrative support processing personnel action forms and background checks for the Division of Public Services. Maintains all personnel files and staffing tables as well as ensuring that all personnel forms are completed timely and accurately. This position works closely with the Personnel Manager and Recruiter/Community Liaison positions to ensure staffing functions run efficiently and effectively. Expected to identify workflow improvements and anticipate administrative needs. Meets with all employees to administer COMCARE New Employee Orientation. Assists the Executive Director in managing projects. Maintains a high level of integrity in handling confidential information.

Assist the Executive Director of COMCARE with daily administrative support tasks
Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience in administrative work, or two (2) years of coursework from an accredited college in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. High School Diploma or equivalent. Meet the specifications as outlined in the CMHC/CCBHC licensing standards and pass KBI, DCF child abuse check, DCF adult abuse registry, KDADS Nurse Aide and Criminal Record check, and National Sex Offender Registry check. Must complete orientations provided by Sedgwick County and COMCARE.
Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in Human Resources or Executive Support
