Marketing & Sales Support

Join Sedgwick, a company that cares deeply about the people it serves worldwide. With over 33,000 colleagues, you'll experience a caring culture and enjoy work-life balance. There's no limit to what you can achieve here.

Sedgwick Germany GmbH, based in Düsseldorf, is part of the international Sedgwick Group, a leading provider of services in the areas of claims management, risk analysis, and expert assessment. In Germany, we combine the structure and stability of a corporation with the flexibility and proximity of a medium-sized enterprise. Our clients, primarily from the insurance industry, can rely on our expertise in claims settlement, true to our motto "we care".

In our ongoing growth, we have created a new position and are looking for you as Marketing & Sales Support for our Marketing & Sales Team in Düsseldorf.

What You Enjoy Doing:

  • Close collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participation in internal and external communication regarding marketing and sales initiatives
  • Content adaptation and contribution to the development of design drafts
  • Creation and enhancement of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, giveaways, customer and company presentations
  • Support in the preparation of offers
  • Assistance in the planning, organization, and follow-up of internal and external events
  • Organization and coordination of event details, e.g., hotel bookings, arrivals, and reservations
  • Conducting market and competition analyses
  • Maintenance, updating, and management of databases, distribution lists, and documentation

You can always count on the support of our experienced colleagues – we work closely together and help each other.

What We Wish For:

  • You work systematically, reliably, and keep an overview even with multiple tasks
  • You communicate confidently, professionally, and on an equal footing, whether with colleagues, management, or external contacts
  • You are eager to take responsibility, think ahead, and get involved in new tasks
  • Occasional travel of under 10% (e.g., to clients or event locations) suits you well
  • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and ideally first-hand experience in creating and preparing presentations
  • You use Microsoft Excel at a basic level, e.g., for documentation or lists
  • You confidently use Microsoft Outlook in your daily routine
  • You see AI-powered tools like Copilot or similar applications as helpful support and are open to their use
  • You are fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Despite a home office agreement, you enjoy regular visits to the Düsseldorf office and value the personal exchange with Marketing, BD, and the management

We are looking for a curious person with a passion for a broad range of tasks: someone who actively thinks and shapes the future. You have a good sense for corporate design, layout, and branding and move comfortably between organizational and creative topics. A completed university degree or a commercial education forms a good basis – more important than a perfect CV is your motivation and interest in getting involved.

So That You Feel Comfortable

  • We offer you a responsible and varied job in an engaged, small team with the advantages of an international corporation, combined with the culture of a medium-sized company. The hierarchies are flat, and the decision-making paths are short.
  • We offer flexible working hours and provide you with home office equipment.
  • We offer free training opportunities through our ERP system Workday Learning and the Sedgwick University, additional benefits like our Wellpass for sports and relaxation, job-related bicycle leasing, profit-sharing, underground parking space, free drinks and snacks in the office.
  • We offer 30 days of vacation and have additional days off on December 24th and 31st. If you wish, 20 days of "workation" from abroad are possible. Office dogs are also allowed.

Very important: we offer colleagues who are reachable, can listen, and like to help!
