You'll support the Claims department by ensuring vehicles involved in accidents are repaired correctly or valued if beyond repair. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.

You will be assessing vehicle damage, determining repair methods, and liaising with repair shops. You'll review claims, provide cost estimates, and keep customers informed, balancing technical assessments with customer interactions. You'll collaborate with the engineering team and other departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.

This role would particularly suit someone at the early stage of their career in motor engineering, looking to build hands-on experience and grow their technical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Skills You Will Have When You Apply:

  • Knowledge of modern motor vehicle repair and methodology.
  • Ability to negotiate and agree on repair costs.
  • Skills in negotiating total loss settlements.
  • Self-motivated and capable of making independent decisions.
  • Accredited to ATA standards or working towards it.
  • Knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques.
  • Competent in using repair Estimating Systems (Audatex).
