You'll manage security operations across multiple sites, coach and develop your team, and work directly with our client to deliver a high-quality, tech-enabled security program.

Available Shifts
We are hiring multiple Security Operations Managers to cover a 24/7 operation. Please indicate your preferred shift(s) when you apply.
1. Shift 1: Monday–Friday – 07:00–15:30
2. Shift 2: Wednesday – 11:30–17:30; Thursday–Saturday – 05:30–17:30
3. Shift 3: Wednesday – 23:30–05:30; Thursday–Saturday – 17:30–05:30
4. Shift 4: Sunday–Tuesday – 05:30–17:30; Wednesday – 05:30–11:30
5. Shift 5: Sunday–Tuesday – 17:30–05:30; Wednesday – 17:30–23:30
6. Shift 6: Wednesday – 11:30–17:30; Thursday–Saturday – 05:30–17:30
7. Shift 7: Wednesday – 17:30–23:30; Thursday–Saturday – 17:30–05:30
8. Shift 8: Sunday–Tuesday – 05:30–17:30; Wednesday – 05:30–11:30

What You'll Do:
Lead Daily Security Operations
- Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations across multiple sites
- Supervise Field Supervisors and security officers
- Ensure post orders are followed and service is delivered at a high standard
Deliver Outstanding Client Service
- Maintain regular contact with client representatives
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Identify issues early and drive timely corrective actions
Build and Develop Your Team
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of security staff
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in their development
- Address performance issues and apply fair, consistent discipline when needed
- Foster a culture of respect, professionalism, and inclusion
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and equipment needs
- Make real-time staffing and scheduling adjustments to meet client needs while managing labor costs
- Review reports and documentation for accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and submit payroll and other administrative records
Support Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations
- Promote safe work practices and report any safety concerns
- Respond on an on-call basis to emergencies and incidents as needed
What You Bring:
Education & Experience
- Associate degree and 2+ years of progressive supervisory/management experience (Equivalent experience can be substituted for education: 1 year of experience = 1 year of education)

Position Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Standard computer and technology skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and demeanor
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills (or willingness to learn)
- Customer service background preferred
- Reliable means of communication and transportation
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Working Conditions
- Maintain composure with clients, staff, authorities, and the public, including in urgent or high-pressure situations
- Handle multiple tasks at once and manage competing priorities
- Work with sensitive and confidential information
- Use a vehicle regularly as part of your duties
- Walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
- Lift and/or move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Use close and distance vision and adjust focus as needed
- Respond to emergencies and incidents on an on-call basis, at all hours
