Security Operations Manager – Compliance & Administration
Securitas is seeking a Security Operations Manager with a strong administrative and compliance focus to support one of our key client partnerships in Austin, TX.
This role ensures that all Securitas employees assigned to the client account remain fully compliant with the client contract, including completion of all required training, certifications, and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently about the importance of compliance and accountability across all levels of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all Securitas personnel assigned to the client site are compliant with all contract requirements, including mandatory training, certifications, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee training completion, signed acknowledgments, and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with managers and officers to communicate expectations, deadlines, and the importance of maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with client representatives to verify compliance standards and address any gaps promptly.
- Track training expirations and proactively coordinate renewals to prevent lapses.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure files and records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports summarizing compliance status, training progress, and corrective actions as needed.
- Support onboarding and administrative processes to ensure all new hires meet contractual and company compliance standards prior to assignment.
- Serve as a liaison between Securitas management, officers, and the client on all matters related to compliance and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may substitute (1 year of experience = 1 year of education).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, compliance, or security management role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey expectations and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
