We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and innovation minded Scheduling Manager to lead the end-to-end scheduling, coordination, and continuous improvement of our escorting program. This program ensures safe, compliant, and timely escorting support for contractors, visitors, vendors, and project teams operating within controlled or sensitive areas.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges, and can bring creative ideas to modernize and scale a rapidly growing program.
What Your Day May Look Like
Scheduling & Daily Operations
- Own the full scheduling lifecycle for escorting personnel, including daily assignments, adjustments, and urgent/real time changes.
- Maintain accurate coverage based on demand forecasts, service-level expectations, and operational priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling requests from internal stakeholders, contractors, and cross functional teams.
Program Coordination & Communication
- Partner closely with security, facilities, construction/project teams, and leadership to understand upcoming work requiring escorting support.
- Coordinate resources for large scale vendor operations, maintenance activities, and special events.
- Provide clear, timely communication regarding staffing changes, constraints, and operational impacts.
Analytics & Optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics (coverage levels, utilization, compliance adherence, trends, etc.)
- Analyze escorting demand patterns to optimize staffing strategies and improve efficiency.
- Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce manual work.
Technology & Innovation
- Leverage scheduling systems or workforce management tools to streamline assignment workflows.
- Drive process automation using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or other workflow systems to reduce manual data entry and improve program visibility.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, processes, or technologies to help scale the program.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain audit ready documentation, schedules, logs, and operational records.
- Ensure all escorting operations align with safety requirements, access procedures, and compliance standards.
- Update and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and training materials.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Position Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree or higher required OR 2 years of professional person management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling, workforce planning, operations coordination, or program management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform operational decisions.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or workforce scheduling platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a high volume, dynamic operational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve operations processes.
- Experience in facilities management, security operations, field services, or a similar operational setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated or controlled environments.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
