Sales Engineer

About the Job

In this position, you manage the sales of products and services to small and medium-sized customers within the south of Sweden. You work proactively in retaining and growing our business with existing customers as well as generating sales from newly acquired ones. You anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize value and sales profit. With a tight collaboration with the Product and Sales management team, by using the applicable systems, you collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence. Lastly, you establish annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans and prioritize as well as schedule your own activities to meet these targets.

Since this role is navigated in the southern part of Sweden, you're preferably based in the Skåne, Småland or Blekinge area. The position also requires you to travel quite a bit.

Your Profile

We're looking for someone with extensive technical knowledge and experience within the metal cutting industry. You're skilled in programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook and have a valid driver's license. Knowledge of sales, CAD/CAM as well as Sale CRM System from previous roles are beneficial. Since you act locally in a global business, you're fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

You're a team player who works purposefully and appreciates the combination of working independently in the field with meeting people, building relationships and collaborating. You're willing to learn and to be solution oriented in all areas of business. It's also important to us that you're self-motivated and structured. With your technical interest, you keep up to date with new solutions and have created a great general understanding of technology.
