- The founding Quality Assurance Engineer will advocate for quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Responsibilities include identifying risks, developing test plans, and collaborating with Software Engineers to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- The role involves helping teams build a measurable understanding of code quality and product risk.
- Active participation in Engineering ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and team meetings is expected.
- The candidate will be an opinionated advocate for Testing and Quality standards at Secoda.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, with at least 1 year specifically in Manual QA.
