- Experienced software engineering leader with over 10 years of experience, ideally in a startup environment, and a proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams
- Strong strategic planner who can align technology with business goals, driving significant product and technological advancements
- Excellent communicator capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passionate about data, customer-first mindset, and committed to excellence in everything you do
- Background in core technologies like React (TypeScript), Python (Django), Postgres, and AWS is a plus
