✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with a focus on renewals and driving growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring the highest level of customer experience and support
- Work closely with customers to enable successful platform usage and integration into their workflows
- Develop close relationships with customers to understand their use cases and technical challenges, helping them achieve the greatest value from Secoda's products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Support & Success, Engineering, and Product to ensure customers have the best Secoda experience possible
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Account Manager with a minimum of 4 years in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company, who can effectively support sales teams in achieving targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential to be a customer-facing ambassador for Secoda
- Ability to translate complex technical information into simple terms for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of helping customers solve problems and understand changing technologies
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to changing priorities, and able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
