✨ About The Role
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, focusing on renewals and driving growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- You will operate as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience and support.
- Close relationships with customers will be developed to understand their use cases and technical challenges, helping them achieve maximum value from Secoda's products.
- You will gauge customer engagement levels and provide feedback to internal stakeholders regarding product improvements.
- Coordination and engagement with Sales, Customer Support & Success, Engineering, and Product teams will be essential to ensure customers have the best experience possible.
⚡ Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- You possess a proven track record in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to support sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be a customer-facing ambassador for Secoda.
- A passion for helping people solve problems and a proven ability to understand changing technologies are crucial for success in this role.
- You are capable of working collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
