For our site in Prague, we are looking for Sales Administrator.
In this role you will perform the following tasks:
- Managing customer orders, from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms in cooperation with project managers.
- Coordinating with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) to streamline processes and resolve issues.
- Maintaining customer records and providing consistent communication and updates on order status.
- Handling invoicing, payment follow-ups, and supporting the project management team with administrative tasks.
