Principal Product Manager (Technical)

Luna Prime Gaming is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Technical) to lead Strategy & Operations and drive business growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will contribute to the multi-year roadmap for Luna's gaming portfolio, establish data-driven frameworks for strategic decision-making, and lead cross-organizational initiatives that enhance customer experience while optimizing business performance. Key job responsibilities include:

• Create data-driven frameworks that identify market trends and growth opportunities, then translate insights into actionable strategies
• Lead cross-organizational collaboration with engineering, product, marketing, finance, and executive teams to implement operational improvements
• Manage high-priority initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across the product portfolio
• Build drivers-based forecasting models that inform strategic decision making and resource allocation

Basic qualifications include:

• 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• 5+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
• Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

The base pay for this position ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
