Harborview Medical Center- Rheumatology clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist 2. Work schedule is full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) day shift Mondays- Fridays. Primary job responsibilities include providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments, obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information, and partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery. Other duties as requested.

Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent and one year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.

The job is located at Harborview Medical Center, a comprehensive healthcare facility owned by King County and operated by UW Medicine. It is dedicated to providing specialized care for a broad spectrum of patients from throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the most vulnerable residents of King County.

Compensation, benefits, and position details are as follows: Pay range minimum is $43,236.00 annual and pay range maximum is $59,976.00 annual. The union/bargaining unit is WFSE HMC.
