Job Summary

Responsible for technical leadership and project management for introduction of printed components used at BMS manufacturing sites. Supports design, development, and implementation of labeling and packaging for commercial and clinical cell therapy programs within BMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage artwork for clinical and commercial printed materials for cGMP use
  • Support life cycle management changes of L&P components
  • Coordinate with artwork and label vendors to ensure key project milestones are met
  • Identify gaps in the process and update policies/procedures as necessary
  • Proactively mitigate and communicate issues between relevant functional areas
  • Support Cell Therapy manufacturing sites in L&P related packaging deviations and investigations

Experience & Qualifications

BA/BS Degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience or MS degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in project management with the ability to independently plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a cGMP environment with a track record of managing multiple quality records. Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and printing technologies. Must have excellent attention to details with focus on product quality. Comfortable in working with Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and any other electronic systems used in creation of label proof and artwork. Basic knowledge of functional areas and drug development process.

Compensation Overview

New Brunswick - NJ - US: $96,290 - $116,678 Seattle - WA: $105,920 - $128,348 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
