Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in equipping Searoutes' sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to:

  1. Develop and maintain sales enablement content, playbooks, and training materials
  2. Ensure the sales team can clearly articulate Searoutes' value proposition
  3. Support sales representatives in navigating complex client conversations
  4. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align messaging and strategies
  5. Translate industry pain points (e.g., Scope 3 emissions tracking, route optimization) into compelling solution narratives
  6. Create and maintain knowledge-sharing processes across the sales team
  7. Utilize enablement processes and resources directly to support sales opportunities where required
  8. Provide feedback loops from sales to marketing and product teams to continuously improve content, messaging, and tools
