Service Engineer

As a Service Engineer in the Nordics, you'll be the technical expert responsible for maintaining and installing our equipment fleet across the region. You'll troubleshoot issues, coordinate service activities, and ensure our systems operate at peak performance. Your role bridges technical excellence and customer satisfaction—delivering hands-on support, resolving breakdowns, and contributing to project execution and service sales.

You'll work closely with Sales, Systems & Integration, and Application Engineers to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal equipment utilization. Whether leading a project or supporting installations, your work will directly impact customer productivity and satisfaction.

  • Solid electrical and mechanical skills, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Pneumatic systems knowledge to support a wide range of equipment.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • A proactive mindset to identify improvements and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Technical diploma or degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience: In a service engineering or maintenance role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
    • Pneumatic systems
    • Diagnostic tools and service documentation
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel across the Nordic region (up to 50%).
