Sales Analyst
The Sales Analyst will source, analyse, disseminate, and communicate information relevant across the business. This role involves collaboration with sales & marketing, commercial excellence, finance, equipment, and supply chain teams. The Sales Analyst will support the tactical implementation of business improvements and provide critical insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Business Planning: Assist in the preparation of budgets and strategic plans.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct business process reviews and performance analysis.
- Market Analysis: Provide market analysis and support.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Administer the C4C sales pipeline management tool and provide monthly reporting as required.
- Sales Incentive Plan: Administer the Sales Incentive Plan, providing regular reporting as required.
- Forecasting: Support the monthly sales forecasting and demand planning process.
- Equipment Tracking: Monitor the placement of free on loan (FOL) equipment and report on applicable material pull through sales.
- Contract Execution: Manage price movement formulas and rebates.
- Customer Profitability: Prepare customer profitability analysis.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for management, including sales performance measures and profitability reviews.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems (SAP and Business Intelligence modules).
- Support Programs: Assist in deals, offers, and growth funnel programs.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Provide ad hoc reports as required by the business.
- Long Range Planning: Support the Long Range Planning process.
- Price Management: Manage pricing strategies and adjustments.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract management and execution
Knowledge/Experience/People Profile
- 0 to 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
- Professional presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior management.
- Ability to formulate and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Outcome-driven and professionally motivated.
- Comfortable working in a large organization with a matrix structure.
- Able to travel for short periods when required, both domestically and internationally.

Education/Training
Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.
