Sealed Air de Mexico Operations
This position will lead the Human Resources Technology team based in Mexico, ensuring that all resources are aligned, driving projects and meeting established deadlines and objectives. Extensive experience in Employee Central is required. The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of new HR systems, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing immediate needs. We have a solid three-year technology roadmap for the HR area, and we expect all team members to contribute to multiple technical projects each year.
Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting and others, including the execution of scheduled activities/system updates, as well as recommending alternative solutions or methods that respond to business requirements.
Identify technical problems, opportunities for improvement and optimization of processes in the current system.
Design and lead project plans from start to finish for the implementation of new functionalities or system updates.
Generate and analyze reports and dashboards that support decision-making and identify trends in staff incorporation, recruitment, security and data governance.
Review and improve existing Standard Operating Procedures based on best practices.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation for testing. Train business areas on new processes and functionalities.
Support junior team members in problem-solving and project execution, fostering a collaborative environment.
Maintain a customer-centric focus in all activities performed.
More than 5 years of experience in Employee Central.
Experience leading the implementation and maintenance of HR systems.
Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting or other related modules are valued.
Strong analytical skills, prioritization, teamwork, interpersonal communication, presentation, resource management, project management (from conception to implementation) and planning.
Advanced English level.
